We are Annalisa and Jake husband and wife working together on the Cote D’azur all year round since 2012.
We are extremely reliable and hardworking our dynamic has worked so well over many years, while Annalisa takes care of the interior and admin Jake takes care of the exterior and handyman jobs.

Jake with his yacht skipper background has a great eye for detail, the professionalism reflects onto our properties.
Annalisa is from a restaurant background, working at her family owned restaurant for many years offers great customer service and organisation skills.
